Artist Bio
Rand’s life has been centered around the mountains and rivers of the Northwest corner of North America. He was born in Boise, raised in Fairfield, Salmon, Montana, Alaska, British Columbia and Washington, before attending college in Bellingham. He spent many years in Oregon before completing the loop and returning to Idaho. He lives and works in Hailey.
Artist Studio
Rand has been focused primarily on sculpture and painting for almost twenty years. He works with oil, acrylic, metal and wood, interpreting the natural world with a focus on interconnections, pathways and transformations. His work is in private collections across the country.
